Smart Textiles is a logistic and production solution from Berendsen. All textiles are marked with RFID technology, so automatic detection of loan from users and utilization of the textiles can be monitored. This includes business intelligent reports and stock optimization.
The Smart Textiles app makes it possible for the user to inspect their borrowed and favorite items. For each favorite item, it will be possible to see the depot where the item is in stock
The app must grant access to the Smart- system in use following the process below:
1. Use your personal access card on the Smart- borrow station
2. From the loan page request a barcode access code (will be shown on the borrow station)
3. Scan the 2D Barcode with your phone (only used to validate user registration)
4. Enter your personal 4 digit pin code
5. From now on you only need the 4 digit pin code to access the app
